摘要
目的基于复杂网络技术,分析临床针灸治疗眩晕的穴位选择和配伍规律,为临床针灸治疗和眩晕穴位处方选择研究提供了参考。方法通过检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)近5年关于针灸治疗眩晕的临床研究类文献,依据纳入、排除标准筛选出符合本次研究的文献,并建立针灸治疗眩晕原始数据库。通过IBM SPSS Modeler18.0进行关联规则分析,再利用Gephi0.9.2对腧穴数据进行“Fruchterman Reingold”算法建模,进行k-core层次分析,通过modularity class算法进行社团分析。结果最终筛选出符合本次研究类型文献102篇,提取针灸处方169条,包含103个腧穴,腧穴使用总频次1163次。其中,使用腧穴以足少阳胆经为主,而足少阳胆经中又以风池穴使用频次最高(128次)。关联规则分析显示风池-夹脊穴在腧穴间支持度最高;风池-天柱在腧穴间置信度最高。运用k-core优化腧穴处方,得到31个核心腧穴,通过modularity class算法聚类得到3个社团。结论针灸治疗眩晕处方所选腧穴主要分布于头部,特定穴中以五输穴、原穴以及背俞穴使用较多,而在选穴和腧穴配伍方面则以远近配穴为主。
Objective:To analyze the acupuncture point selection and compatibility of clinical acupuncture treatment of vertigo based on complex network technology and to provide reference for clinical acupuncture treatment and vertigo point prescription selection.Methods:The clinical research literature on acupuncture and moxibustion for vertigo in the past 5 years were searched in CNKI,and the literature were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the original database of acupuncture and moxibustion for vertigo was established.IBM SPSS Model 18.0 was used for association rule analysis,and Gephi0.9.2 was used for A“Fruchterman Reingold”algorithm modeling,k-core hierarchical analysis and modularity class algorithm for community analysis of acupoint data.Results:102 literature conforming to the type of this study were finally selected and 169 acupuncture prescriptions were extracted,including 103 acupoints,and the total frequency of acupoints was 1163 times.Among them,the main used point was Shaoyang gall bladder meridian of foot and Fengchi point was the most frequently used(128 times)in Shaoyang gall bladder meridian of foot.Association rule analysis showed that Fengchi-Jiaji acupoint had the highest degree of support among the points and Fengchi-Tianzhu acupoints had the highest degree of confidence among the points.31 core acupoints were obtained by the optimization of acupoint prescriptions by the k-core and 3 associations were obtained by clustering with modularity class algorithm.Conclusion:The selected acupoints in the treatment of vertigo are mainly distributed in the head,and Wushu,Yuanshu and Beishu points are used more in the specific acupoints,while the proximal and distant acupoints are mainly used in the selection of acupoints and the compatibility of acupoints.
