摘要
目的:对中国阿曼两种拔罐放血法治疗项背肌筋膜炎的疗效进行对比研究。方法:将63例项背肌筋膜炎患者随机分为中医组和阿医组,分别采用中医七星梅花针和阿曼Al-hijamah拔罐放血法,比较两组治疗前后及两组间疼痛评分和总有效率。结果:中医七星梅花针和阿曼Al-hijamah拔罐放血法均能减缓项背肌筋膜炎患者疼痛(P<0.05),其中中医组总有效率和缓解疼痛评分比阿医组更优(P<0.05)。结论:中医七星梅花针和阿曼Al-hijamah拔罐放血法均能有效减轻项背肌筋膜炎患者疼痛,但中医组疗效更优。并且中医拔罐放血法对皮肤损害小、失血量少、皮肤不会留疤痕,同时也降低了患者感染风险。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of two different traditional cupping and bloodletting methods in treating fasciitis at neck and back between Oman and China.Methods:To divided 63 Omani patients who had fasciitis symptoms and signs at neck and back into two groups.The traditional Chinese medicine group was given traditional Chinese cupping and bloodletting method by seven-star plum blossom needles;The Omani treatment group was given traditional Arab cupping and bloodletting method which was also called Al-hijamah treatment.Then compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:It was observed that the two traditional cupping and bloodletting methods had obvious curative effects on the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs such as pain with neck and back fasciitis(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy and pain scores of patients in the TCM group are better than those in the Omani treatment group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Although the two traditional cupping and bloodletting methods in Oman and China can both alleviate the clinical signs and symptoms of neck and back fasciitis,the clinical efficacy and pain score of the Chinese medicine group have improved better.The traditional cupping and bloodletting method in China had a smaller area of skin wound damage,less blood loss,no scars left and lower infection possibility.
