摘要
命门学说是中医基础理论的重要组成内容,历代医家对此多有发挥,并为临床实践提供了有效指导。命门内含先天之气,对人体生命机能调节具有重要意义。以孙一奎、赵献可和张景岳为代表的命门三家,分别提出“命门动气说”“君主命门说”“水火命门说”,皆对“命门为先天之本”有所阐发。命门所藏先天之气可调控和平衡一身之阴阳,为五脏六腑功能的正常发挥提供不竭的原动力。若打破阴阳平衡,则会出现“火衰其本,命门火衰”“水亏其源,真阴亏虚”的病理状态,与恶性肿瘤的发生发展具有一定相关性。基于命门为先天之本,从阴阳互济理论出发对恶性肿瘤的康复治疗进行探讨,以期为恶性肿瘤的防治提供理论基础和新的治疗思路。
Mingmen theory is an important content of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The doctors of past dynasties played a great role in this and provided effective guidance for clinical practice.The true yin and yang hidden in mingmen can regulate and balance the yin and yang of the whole body,providing inexhaustible driving force for the normal development of the functions of the viscera and organs.Represented by SUN Yikui,ZHAO Xianke and ZHANG Jingyue,the three families of‘Mingmen’put forward the theory of‘Mingmen moving qi’,‘Sovereign Mingmen’and‘Fire and Water Mingmen’,all of which expounded‘Mingmen is the origin of nature’.If the balance of yin and yang is broken,there will be a pathological state of fire declining its origin and water losing its source.Based on‘Mingmen is the origin of nature’,the rehabilitation treatment of malignant tumor was discussed from the theory of yin and yang interaction,in order to provide theoretical basis and new treatment ideas for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumor.
