摘要
慢性肾脏病是肾病科常见难治性疾病,目前临床对该病缺少特效治疗方法。柳红芳教授根据多年临床经验认为本病与三焦气化功能密切相关,提出慢性肾脏病“肾精亏损、命门火衰、三焦气化不利”的病机理论,治疗中强调通调三焦为原则,提出以巧用风药、燥升散通之法疏调上焦气化,以枢转气机、升清降浊之法运转中焦气化,以阴阳互济、精气互补之法温煦下焦气化,从而形成慢性肾脏病三焦论治体系,达到治病求本的目的,疗效显著。
Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a common refractory disease in the department of nephrology.Currently,there is no specific treatment for CKD.Professor LIU Hongfang believes that the disease is closely related to the gasification of the triple energizer based on years of clinical experience,and puts forward the pathogenesis theory of“Loss of kidney essence,decline of vital gate fire and unfavorable gasification of triple energizer”in CKD,and emphasizes the principle of regulating triple energizerr in the treatment.It is proposed that the upper energizer be gasfied by the skillful use of wind medicine and the method of drying up,dispersing and ventilating,the medium energizer be transported by the method of regulating Qi activity and the method of ascending the clear and descending the turbid,the lower energizer be warmed by the method of combining Yin and Yang and supplementing essence with Qi.Therefore the gasification of triple energizer treatment system of CKD is formed,which is aiming at the disease’s root causes,and the therapeutis effect is remarkable.
