摘要
目的比较体针调周法结合耳针与体针调周法治疗肝郁肾虚型月经不调的临床疗效.方法通过辩证选取2017年6月—2018年9月收治的66例肝郁肾虚型月经不调的患者采用区组随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组采用体针月经调周针刺结合耳针治疗的方法.治疗周期3个月.对照组采取体针月经调周针刺的治疗方法.治疗周期3个月.结果治疗组总有效率93.9%,对照组总有效率75.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组中医症状积分显著低于对照组,且随着治疗周期增加,两组积分差异加大.结论体针调周法结合耳针优于单纯体针调周法治疗肝郁肾虚型月经不调.且疗效随治疗周期的增加而增加.
Objective To compare the clinical effects of acupuncture-periodic therapy combined with ear acupuncture and acupuncture-periodic therapy in treating menstrual disorders of GanYuShenXu type.Methods From June 2017 to September 2018,66 patients with irregular menstruation of GanYuShenXu type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,the main method is to acupuncture-periodic therapy combined with ear acupuncture.The treatment period was 3 months.The control group was treated with acupuncture-periodic therapy.The treatment period was 3 months.Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 93.9%,in the control group was 75.8%,all the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference in scores between the two groups became more significant as the treatment cycle increased.Conclusion The method of acupuncture-periodic therapy combined with ear acupuncture is better than that of simple acupuncture-periodic therapy totreatmenstrual disorders of GanYuShenXu type.
