摘要
本文结合跨流溪河特大桥工程实际,对流溪河水中11#、12#、13#承台施工技术进行研究。以水中墩承台施工实践为前提,以钢板桩围堰施工技术为核心,并综合考虑工程特点、施工环境、施工工期、安全保障、投资成本等因素,针对性制定施工方案:采用工艺机理相对先进的静压植桩机将钢板桩高效打入坚硬岩层,形成围堰后止水效果好,同时可大幅缩短围堰施工工期;承台及墩身采用钢板桩围堰施工,作业环境安全稳定,相较于其他围堰施工工艺具有成本低、工期短、效果好等诸多优势。
This article combines the actual situation of the extra-large bridge crossing Liuxi River to study the construction technology of the 11#,12#,and 13#bearing platforms located in the Liuxi River.Taking the construction practice of underwater pier caps as the premise,a targeted construction plan is formulated with the steel sheet pile cofferdam construction technology as the core,and comprehensively considering the project characteristics,construction environment,construction period,safety guarantee,investment cost and other factors.A static pressure pile planting machine with a relatively advanced process mechanism is used to efficiently drive the steel sheet piles into the hard rock layers,forming a cofferdam with good water stopping effect,and can greatly shorten the construction period of the cofferdam.The bearing platform and pier body are constructed with steel sheet pile cofferdams,providing a safe and stable working environment for bridge pier construction.Compared with other cofferdam construction techniques,its construction has many advantages such as low cost,short construction period and good application effect.
