“优师计划”背景下乡村职前教师本土化培养的内在逻辑与实践路径 被引量:3

Internal Logic and Practice Approaches of Localized Education of Rural Pre-service Teachers Under Background of"Excellent Teacher Plan"

摘要 “优师计划”背景下乡村职前教师本土化培养既是乡村卓越师资队伍建设的重要补充机制,也是助力乡村教育高质量发展和赋能乡村优质均衡公共教育服务体系构建的应有之义。“为农”的教育理念、“亲农”的培养要求、“归农”的课程体系、“融农”的培养旨归构成其内在逻辑基础。教育理念场域性、培养要求公共性、课程体系在地性和价值旨归乡土性是其内在本质特征。以此为基础,通过回归乡土生活世界、重构地方知识体系、认同乡村教育价值,以确立地方性教育理念促使“贤才下得去”;嵌入社会公共属性、厚植乡土教育情怀、提振乡村育人水平,以坚守公共性培养要求确保“优才留得住”;彰显在地教育属性、激活文化自觉意识、重塑乡村教育自信,以构建在地性课程体系奠基“英才教得好”;参与乡村社会治理、夯实文化回应能力、践履时代公共精神,遵循乡土性价值旨归实现“现才有发展”。 Under the background of the"Excellent Teacher Plan",the localization of rural pre-service teachers is not only an im-portant supplementary mechanism for the construction of outstanding rural teachers,but also a necessary meaning to help the high-quality development of rural education and empower the construction of a high-quality and balanced public education service system in rural areas.The educational concept of"for agriculture",the training requirements of"pro-agriculture",the curriculum system of"returning to agriculture",and the training purpose of"integrating agriculture"constitute its internal logical foundation.The field na-ture of the educational concept,the publicity of training requirements,the locality of the curriculum system,and the locality of the val-ue purpose of returning to the homeland are its inherent essential characteristics.Based on this,by returning to the local life world,re-constructing the local knowledge system,and agreeing with the value of rural education,we can establish the concept of local education to promote"talents who can go down";embed social public attributes,deeply cultivate local education feelings,and boost rural educa-tion water,so as to adhere to the public training requirements to ensure that"outstanding talents can be retained";highlight the attrib-utes of local education,activate cultural consciousness,and reshape rural education self-confidence,so as to build a local curriculum system and lay the foundation for"talents who teach wll";participate in rural social governance,consolidate cultural responsiveness,practice the public spirit of the times,and fllow the purpose of local values to achieve"development of existing talents".
