摘要
农村教育在全面建设小康社会中具有基础性、先导性、全局性的重要作用。在新一轮高等教育改革调整中,地方高师院校应有正确定位,必须直面农村中小学教育,牢固树立为农村中小学教育服务思想,深化教育教学改革,积极探索人才培养新模式。地方师范院校必须主动研究农村中小学教育,积极与农村中小学共建教师专业发展学校,推动教师教育职业化。
The education in the rural area is of great significance to the construction of a well of society. In the further adjustment and reform of the tertiary education, local teachers colleges should be oriented to the primary and secondary education in the rural area. They should take initiative to study the rural education situation and cooperate with the rural schools so as to establish schools for teacher training.
