摘要
随着我国经济社会的持续发展和全球化的深入推进,新的经济形势和社会变革为人力资源管理带来了新的挑战和机遇,必须不断地创新和完善人力资源管理的理念和方法。社保作为社会保障体系的重要组成部分,可以为企业提供一个稳定的人力资源环境,为员工提供基本的社会保障,增强员工的归属感和满意度。因此,文章通过分析新形势下企业人力资源管理中社保制度所存在的问题,制定出切实可行的解决策略,旨在为企业和政府在人力资源管理和社会保障制度改革中提供有益的参考和建议。
With the continuous development of China's economy and society and the deepening of globalization,the new economic situation and social changes have brought new challenges and opportunities to human resource management,which makes them constantly innovate and improve the concept and method of human resource management.As an important part of the social security system,social security can provide a stable human resource environment for enterprises,provide basic social security for employees,and enhance employees'sense of belonging and satisfaction.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the social security system in the human resource management of enterprises under the new situation,and formulates practical solutions,aiming to provide useful reference and suggestions for enterprises and governments in the reform of human resource management and social security system.
