摘要
2010年以来,上海启动了以“行业内社会人”为核心特色的住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)工作,历经十余年的探索与发展,现已探索形成了政策法规、组织管理、质量管控、过程督导、支撑保障的“五位一体”运作机制,住培工作同质化、规范化、国际化的发展特色凸显,获得了行业内外的高度认可,是较具影响力的医改新举措。接下来,将进一步聚焦思政人文建设、提升培训基地内涵质量水平、打造双向激励制度、注重信息化和品牌化建设,持续推动住培工作高质量发展。
Since 2010,Shanghai has launched the standardized training for resident physicians with the core feature of"industry insiders".After more than 10 years'exploration and development,a"five in one"operation mechanism has been formed,which includes organizational management,policies and regulations,quality control,process supervision,and support and guarantee.The characteristics of homogenization,standardization and internationalization has been highlighted and highly recognized by both the industry and beyond.The mechanism has been selected as one of the top ten most influential new healthcare reform measures in China.Next,we will further focus on ideological and cultural construction,improve the quality of education in the base,create a two-way incentive system,pay attention to brand building,and promote the high-quality development of housing and training work.
