摘要
通过分析专科医院住院医师规范化培训中存在的实际问题,提出实施专科医师培养的策略与方法,以求进一步做好专科医院的住院医师规范化培训工作。
By analyzing the practical problems to the standard training of residents in specialist hospital, we put forward the implementation of specialist training strategies and methods to further improve resident specialists standardized training.
