摘要
目的分析基于精细化护理对剖宫产术后发生压疮患者的干预效果。方法将2021年6月至2022年6月就诊于焦作市妇幼保健院的120例剖宫产术后发生压疮患者采用抓阄法分为常规组与观察组,各60例。观察组行精细化护理的护理干预,常规组行常规护理干预,对比两组干预前后负性情绪、疼痛程度、自我效能、睡眠质量、遵医依从度及满意度。结果干预后,两组负性心理情绪对比均有所降低,且观察组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组在疼痛程度评分均有所降低,且观察组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组自我效能评分均有所提升;且观察组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组失眠症状改善率(96.67%)明显高于对照组(78.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组遵医依从度方面高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度(98.33)高于常规组(88.33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于精细化护理可改善剖宫产术后发生压疮患者疼痛程度、负性情绪,提高遵医依从度,降低疼痛程度,效果理想。
Objective To analyze the intervention effect of refined nursing on patients with pressure ulcers after cesarean section.Methods A total of 120 patients with pressure ulcers after cesarean section who visited Jiaozuo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were divided into control group and observation group using a lottery method,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group received refined nursing intervention,while the control group received routine nursing intervention.Negative emotions,pain level,self-efficacy,sleep quality,compliance,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,both groups showed a decrease in negative psychological emotions,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,both groups showed a decrease in pain severity scores,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,both groups showed an improvement in self-efficacy scores;And the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The improvement rate of insomnia symptoms in the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group showed higher compliance with medical treatment than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction level of the observation group(98.33)was higher than that of the control group(88.33),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on refined nursing,the degree of pain and negative emotions in patients with pressure ulcers after cesarean section can be improved,compliance with medical treatment can be increased,and the degree of pain can be reduced.The effect is ideal.
