摘要
目的:探究集束化护理应用在奥妥珠单抗治疗滤泡性淋巴瘤患者中的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月北京肿瘤医院收治的滤泡性淋巴瘤患者160例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各80例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用集束化护理。比较两组患者心理状态及生活质量。结果:护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,观察组患者情感职能、精神健康、躯体疼痛、生命活力、生理功能、生理职能、社会功能及总体健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在奥妥珠单抗治疗滤泡性淋巴瘤患者的护理中实施集束化护理干预可改善患者生活质量,改善其不良心理状态,值得临床推广实施。
Objective:To investigate the effect of cluster nursing care in follicular lymphoma patients treated with otolizumab.Methods:160 patients with follicular lymphoma admitted to Beijing Cancer Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected for observation and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,80 cases each.The control group adopted conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group cluster nursing care.Psychological states and quality of life of patients were compared in the two groups.Results:the scores of Self-rating Depression Scale and of Self-rating Anxiety Scale in the observation group after nursing care were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the scores of following indexes in the observation group after nursing care were higher than those of the control group with a significant difference(P<0.001):emotional function,mental health,somatic pain,vitality,physical function,physiological function,social function and general health of the patients.Conclusion:The implementation of cluster nursing care in nursing follicular lymphoma patients treated with otolizumab can improve life quality of the patients and improve their adverse psychological state.
