摘要
目的分析营养支持护理和心理护理对胃癌患者生活质量的改善效果。方法选取我院收治的60例胃癌患者,按照护理方案不同将其分为对照组(30例,常规护理)和观察组(30例,营养支持护理和心理护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的36条健康调查量表(SF-36)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后第7天,观察组的白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、总蛋白(TP)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的Christensen’s评分低于对照组,Karnofsky评分高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组的体质量(BW)、肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论营养支持护理和心理护理应用在胃癌患者中可显著提高生活质量,改善心理状态、营养状况、疲劳指数和功能状态。
Objective To analyze the improvement effect of nutritional support nursing and psychological nursing on quality of life in patients with gastric cancer.Methods Sixty patients with gastric cancer admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(30 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(30 cases,nutritional support nursing and psychological nursing)according to different nursing plans.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of each dimensions of the 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 7th day after operation,the levels of albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA)and total protein(TP)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the Christensen’s score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the Karnofsky score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,there were no significant differences in body weight(BW)and triceps skin fold(TSF)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support nursing and psychological nursing applied in patients with gastric cancer can significantly improve quality of life,ameliorate psychological state,nutritional status,fatigue index and functional status.
