摘要
高校退役复学大学生这一群体在不断扩大,其具备良好的思想特性和生活行为习惯。当前少部分大学生对红色文化缺乏深刻认知,且意志不够坚强,心理承受能力减弱,存在怕苦怕累等现象。高校引导退役复学大学生群体发挥自身特点,依托高校及所在区域社会资源优势,以创新创业训练项目为契机,探索通过创业实践模式在大学生群体中开展国防知识教育、红色文化研学和专项运动训练等实践活动,传播国防知识,传承红色文化,在培育大学生爱国情怀、增强身体素质和树立正确思想价值观念的同时,打造形成一个多元融合、价值彰显的大学生创新创业平台,锻炼提升大学生创业意识、创新精神和综合素养,为促进高校毕业生高质量充分就业提供了创新路径。
The group of college students returning from military service is constantly expanding,and they have excellent ideological characteristics and habits of life and behavior.Currently,college students lack a correct understanding of red culture,and there are common phenomena such as weak willpower,weakened psychological resilience,and fear of hardship and fatigue.Universities explore and guide college veterans to rely on the social resource advantages of colleges and universities and the region where they are located,organize and carry out practical activities such as national defense knowledge education,red culture study and special sports training through innovation and entrepreneurship training programs,disseminate knowledge of national defense,inherit red culture,and enhance the entrepreneurial practice ability,innovation and teamwork consciousness of college students while fostering patriotic sentiments of the young and strengthening their physical fitness,and create a multifaceted integration and value-expression platform for college students.In addition,it will create a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship of college students with diversified integration and obvious value,exercise and improve college students'entrepreneurial awareness,innovative spirit and comprehensive quality,and provide an innovative path for promoting high-quality and full employment of college graduates.
