架桥机架桥作业流程安全监测系统 被引量:8

摘要 为解决架桥机架桥作业流程中监控指标多、智能预警难、自动化发展慢问题,提出架桥作业流程安全监测方案。基于架桥机功能及结构组成和施工作业三维仿真模型,对架桥作业流程进行动态模拟分析,确定流程安全监测指标与对象,制定传感器选型和布设方案。进一步设计制造架桥机微模型,布设智能传感器,实现实体架桥作业标准化流程的模拟操作与智能监测,验证了架桥作业安全监测的准确性和完整性。结果表明:本监测系统指标设计完整,监测数据准确,可以实现架桥机架桥作业的智能化监测。 In order to solve the problem of many monitoring indicators,difficult intelligent warning and slow development of automation in the bridge erection operation process of bridge erection machines,this paper proposes a safety monitoring scheme for the bridge erection process.Based on the function and structure of the bridge erector and the three-dimensional simulation model of the construction operation,the paper carries out dynamic simulation analysis of the bridge erection operation process,determines the process safety monitoring indicators and objects,and formulates the sensor selection and deployment scheme.Furthermore,the micro-model of bridge erector has been designed and manufactured.By laying the intelligent sensors on the model,the simulated operation and intelligent monitoring of the standardized process of bridge erecting operation are realized,and the accuracy and integrity of the safety monitoring of bridge erection operation are verified.The results show that the monitoring system has complete designed indexs and accurate monitoring data,which can realize the intelligent monitoring of the bridge erection operation.
