摘要
架桥机支腿横移轨道的调平过程主要依靠人工搬运钢墩或枕木进行支垫调整。为实现架桥机过孔后无需人工到盖梁上堆码枕木调平,文中设计了一种基于多支点自动调平的横移轨道。首先,通过有限元法对这种可自动升降和横移的调平装置的组数和间距布置进行分析,并通过载荷试验进行验证,保证了布置方案的可靠性。其次,详细阐述了多支点参与调平过程的控制策略,即以低侧追高侧的方法解决多支点调平问题。此外,基于支撑力反馈的闭环控制系统,解决了低追高过程中支腿出现虚腿的问题。
The leveling of the traverse track of the bridge girder erection machine leg primarily relies on manual handling of steel piers or sleepers,along with adjustments made through supporting pads.To eliminate the need for manual stacking of sleepers on the capping beam after the bridge girder erection machine passes through the hole,a transverse track based on multi-point automatic leveling has been proposed and designed.Firstly,the number and spacing arrangement of the leveling devices,which are capable of automatic hoisting and traversing,have been analyzed using the finite element method.Subsequently,load tests were conducted to verify the reliability of this track.Secondly,the control strategy for multi-point participation in the leveling process is elaborated in detail.Specifically,the issue of multi-point leveling is addressed by adjusting the lower side based on the level of the higher side.Additionally,a closed-loop control system based on support force feedback has been developed to resolve the problem of weak legs that may occur during lower side to higher side leveling process.
