摘要
为降低塔式起重机安全事故的发生概率,顺应“智慧工地”信息化监管需求,设计了一套基于物联网技术的塔式起重机安全状态监控系统。依据国家规范,分析了塔吊结构安全状态监测的关键指标和预警阈值,通过布置传感器对塔机安全关键指标进行实时监控,利用物联网技术进行数据的实时采集和传输,通过塔机终端和安全监控远程管理平台,全面实时地监测塔机作业全过程的运行状况,实现安全风险多方监管,保障了塔机安全、可靠、稳定运行。
To reduce the occurrence of tower crane safety accidents and meet the requirements of"intelligent site"information supervision,a tower crane safety status monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology is designed.Following national norms,key indicators and warning thresholds of tower crane structure are analyzed.Key indicators of tower crane safety are monitored in real-time by deploying sensors,data are collected and transmitted seamlessly in real-time through the Internet of Things technology,and the whole process of tower crane operation is monitored comprehensively and real time by remote management platform of tower terminal and security control,so as to realize multi-side supervision of risks and ensure the safety,reliability and stable operation of tower engines.
