摘要
加快推进新型工业化是中国式现代化的关键任务。数据成为新要素、创新成为新主驱动力、协调融合发展成为新思路、绿色低碳成为发展新底色、高水平开放成为新拓展空间、共享发展成果成为新目的是新型工业化的新内涵。新型工业化是我国中长期多重战略重任的实现路径,数字化变革、发达经济体的再工业化、产业链供应链韧性和安全导向等重塑了我国工业化高质量发展的逻辑。为此,我们需要重点从关键要素、融合创新、结构优化、政策转型等方面完善工业化的运行体系,优化产业创新生态,不断增强工业化的动力与活力。
Accelerating new-type industrialization is a key task for Chinese modernization.New-type industrialization is characterized with data as a new factor of production,innovation as a new primary driving force,coordinated and integrated development as a trendy new idea,green and low-carbon development as the new feature,high-level opening-up to expand the development space,and shared fruits as the new purpose.New-type industrialization is the path to achieving China's multiple strategic medium-and long-term goals,and the logic of the high-quality development of China's industrialization has been reshaped by digital transformation,the re-industrialization of developed economies,and the resilience and security orientation of supply chains.In response,we need to improve the operational system of industrialization with focus on factor improvement,integrated innovation,structural optimization and policy transformation,thus to optimize the industrial innovation ecosystem,and constantly enhance the momentum and vitality of industrialization.
