摘要
中央第七次西藏工作座谈会是对西藏和平解放近70年来党的治藏方略的继承、发展和创新,是新时代推进西藏政治、经济、社会、生态治理现代化的新方略和行动指南。座谈会强调把改善民生、凝聚人心作为经济社会发展的出发点和落脚点,明晰了以人为本的核心要义,为西藏经济现代化指明了发展目标和实践方向。
The spirit of the seventh symposium on work in Tibet is the successive development and innovation of the party’s general plan for the governance of Tibet since the peaceful liberation.It is a new strategy and action guide for promoting the modernization of Tibet’s political,economic,social and ecological governance in the new era.The spirit of the symposium emphasized that improving people’s livelihood and uniting are the rallying point and the foothold of economic and social development.It clarified the core meaning of people-oriented development and pointed out the development goal and practical direction for Tibet’s economic modernization.
