摘要
目的进一步提高居家养老服务组织的服务质量,规范其服务内容和服务要求,制定“回归居家式”智慧医养结合模式服务标准。方法采用政策研究、头脑风暴法和问卷调查法,分析我国居家智慧医养结合服务现状,制定智慧医养结合服务标准,为我国医养结合服务发展提供借鉴。结果本研究从服务内容与要求、服务流程与要求和服务质量评价与改进三个方面制定了相应的标准,引导居家养老服务组织的服务向规范化、专业化方向发展。结论本研究初步制定“回归居家式”智慧医养结合模式服务标准,明确了智慧化居家医养结合服务中心的服务要求,为养老服务质量评价与改进提供了基本依据。对于满足人民群众日益增长的多层次、多样化健康养老服务需求,积极应对人口老龄化具有重要意义。
Objective The formulation of"Returning to Home"intelligent medical service and elderly care integration mode aims to further improve the quality of home-based eldercare services and standardize their content and requirements.Methods Policy analysis,brainstorming,and questionnaire survey methods are employed to analyze the current situation of home-based intelligent medical and eldercare integration services in China and to develop standards for intelligent medical and elder-care integration services,providing references for the development of integrated medical and eldercare services in China.Re-sults The study established corresponding standards in three aspects of service content and requirements,service processes and requirements,and service quality evaluation and improvement to guide home-based eldercare service organizations to-wards standardized and professional development.Conclusion This study preliminarily develops service standards for"Re-turning to Home"intelligent medical service and elderly care integration mode,clarifies the service requirements of intelli-gent home-based medical and elderly care centers and provides a basic foundation for the evaluation and improvement of el-dercare service quality.It is of significant importance for meeting the people's growing multi-level and diversified health and eldercare service needs and actively responding to population aging.
