摘要
人口老龄化现象日益受到各国的关注,预计到2050年我国老年人口比例会上升至全国人口总数的30%以上,老年人口的攀升亟须提升养老服务业的质量。随着科技信息技术的发展,“智慧养老”服务模式逐步兴起,国内外“智慧养老”服务业积累了依靠社区提供线上服务、推进居家养老智能化、以科技辅助原宅养老、建立综合信息平台实现信息互联、合理规划服务设施等先进经验。吉林省智慧城市试点建设为“智慧养老”服务业指明了方向,但仍存在的服务意识淡薄、发展基础相对薄弱、扶持政策尚不完善、引导措施不足等问题。推进我国“智慧养老”服务业高质量发展应当注重强化“智慧养老”服务观念意识,完善服务机构建设,构建“智慧养老”服务的扶持政策体系和加强“智慧养老”服务业保障条件。
The phenomenon of population aging has attracted increasing attention from all over the world.It is expected that the proportion of the elderly population in my country will rise to more than 30% of the total population of the country by 2050.With the development of scientific and technological information technology,the "smart elderly care" service model has gradually emerged.The domestic and foreign "smart elderly care" service industries have accumulated a wealth of experience in relying on the community to provide online services,promoting the intelligentization of home-based elderly care,assisting the original home-based elderly care with technology,and establishing comprehensive information The platform realizes advanced experience in information interconnection and rational planning of service facilities.The pilot construction of smart cities in Jilin Province has pointed out the direction for the "smart elderly care" service industry,but there are still problems such as weak service awareness,relatively weak development foundation,incomplete support policies,and insufficient guidance measures.To promote the high-quality development of my country’s "smart elderly care" service industry,we should focus on strengthening the awareness of the "smart elderly care" service concept,improve the construction of service institutions,build a support policy system for "smart elderly care" services,and strengthen the guarantee conditions for the "smart elderly care" service industry.
