摘要
针对医养结合领域发展模式不清、需求不明、供需失衡等问题,需要建设以养老机构为牵头的多主体融合式的医养结合服务体系。为此,本文提出了针对“多主体融合式”智慧医养结合机构的管理和服务规范,包括智慧医养结合机构的基本要求、管理要求、管理制度、服务要求、服务流程、服务评价等内容。
In response to the unclear development model,unspecified demand,and imbalanced supply and demand in the field of medical service and elderly care integration,it is necessary to establish a"multi-agency"intelligent medical service and elderly care integration service system,with elderly care institutions as the leading entity.Therefore,this article proposes management and service standards for"multi-agency"intelligent medical service and elderly care integration institutions,in-cluding the basic requirements,management requirements,management systems,service requirements,service processes,and service evaluation of intelligent medical service and elderly care integration institutions.
