摘要
创伤骨科解剖结构复杂,受伤机制及骨折类型多变,一直是医学教育的重点和难点。但是,传统的教学方法多借助课件和尸体标本等辅助讲授,医学生难以直观观察、认识和理解,教学效果欠佳。随着计算机和数字化虚拟技术的飞速发展,3D打印技术在创伤骨科疾病中已发展成一种重要的教学辅助手段。该技术用于创伤骨科临床教学的应用价值主要表现在:三维重建复杂解剖结构、判断骨折分型和并发症、推测骨折受伤机制、制定手术计划、提高学习热情和信心,从而不断提高教学质量。文章将对近年来3D打印技术在骨盆骨折、髋臼骨折和关节周围骨折教学应用中的研究进展进行分析与归纳,阐述应用现状和所存在的问题,以不断提升骨科创伤疾病的临床教学质量。
The complex anatomical structures,mechanisms of injury and various types of fracture are commonly in patients with traumatic orthopedic diseases,which is always the focus and difficulty of medical education.However,the traditional teaching methods are mainly assisted by courseware and cadaver specimens,which makes it difficult for medical students to perform direct observation,cognition and understanding of medicine,resulting in poor teaching effect.With the rapid development of computer and digital virtual technology,3D printing technology has developed into an important teaching aid in traumatic orthopedic diseases.The application value of this technology in clinical teaching of traumatic orthopedics is mainly manifested in:three-dimensional reconstruction of complex anatomical structure,determination of fracture classification and complications,prediction of fracture injury mechanisms,surgical plan,and improvement of learning enthusiasm and confidence,so as to continuously improve the quality of teaching.This paper analyzes and summarizes the research progress of 3D printing technology in the teaching of pelvic fractures,acetabular fractures and periarticular fractures in recent years,and expounds the application status and existing problems,which aims to continuously improve the clinical teaching quality of orthopedic trauma diseases.
