量子型领导:数智化时代高校校长领导范式转型新路向 被引量:1

Quantum Leaders:A New Approach to the Paradigm Transformation of University Presidents’Leadership in Digital Intelligence Age

摘要 在数智化时代,“智能、互联、实时”的数智技术驱动新的社会经济变革,重塑了教育生态。数智技术在助力高校治理现代化的同时,其信息传播速便化、技术迭代加速化、知识主体多元化和认知场景拟态化等特性,也带来了学校治理“形态易变性、要素不确定性、关系复杂性、边界模糊性”等问题,对校长的敏捷觉察能力、超越创新能力、整合协同能力、边界管理能力提出了新挑战。校长亟须转变认知结构,跳出牛顿经典哲学世界观影响下机械还原、理性主义的传统原子型领导范式,践行一种新的领导范式,提升应对风险挑战的能力。基于量子哲学世界观的量子型领导关注人在关系建构中的主体地位,注重价值引领,观照个体价值体验和潜能开发,具有“敏捷性、创新性、包容性、灵活性”等多态特征,契合数智化时代校长领导范式转型需求。基于帕森斯个体单元行动要素框架,校长可从心灵觉醒、思维转变、组织赋能、场域实践等四个维度开展行动,即通过“拥抱变化,唤醒量子自我”“重塑认知,培养量子思维”“打破边界,构建量子组织”“链接成员,提升量子领导力”,成为量子型领导。 In the era of digital intelligence,digital intelligence technology with the characteristics of“intelligent,convenient,connected and real-time”has driven new social and economic changes and reshaped the education ecology.While helping the modernization of university governance,the characteristics of digital intelligence technology,such as the ease of information transmission,the acceleration of technology iteration,the diversification of knowledge subjects and the mimics of cognitive scenes,also bring about the governance dilemma of“form variability,element uncertainty,relationship complexity and boundary ambiguity”.The principal is faced with the new challenges,including agile awareness ability,transcendent innovation ability,integration and collaboration ability,and boundary management ability.They need to change the cognitive structure,break out of the traditional atomic leadership paradigm of mechanical reduction and rationalism under the influence of Newton’s classical philosophical world view,practice a new leadership paradigm,and improve the ability to cope with these challenges.Based on the world view of quantum philosophy,quantum leadership focuses on the subject position of people in the construction of relationships,values leadership,emphasizes individual value experience and potential development,and has the characteristics of“agility,innovation,inclusiveness and flexibility”,and providing a new direction for the transformation of the leadership paradigm of principals in the era of digital wisdom.According to Parsons’framework of individual unit action elements,headmasters can carry out actions from four dimensions:spiritual awakening,thinking transformation,organization empowerment and field practice.The first dimension involves embracing change and awakening the quantum self.The second dimension involves reshaping cognition and cultivating quantum thinking.The third dimension involves breaking boundaries and building a quantum organization.The fourth and final dimension involves linking members,promoting quantum leadership,and becoming a quantum leader.
