“共舞”的领导:国外教育领导理论研究的新进展 被引量:4

“Dancing Together”Leadership:New Progress in the Study of Educational Leadership Theory Abroad

摘要 "共舞"的领导,作为一种隐喻式的表达具有双重指向和意涵。一方面,随着国外教育领导理论研究基础的扩展,教育领导研究在后现代社会建构论思潮的影响下逐渐超越了对单一领导者的关注,转向对"共舞"的合作领导的关注;另一方面,国外教育领导思想也出现了多元教育领导理论"共舞"的局面,形成了许多新的教育领导理论。新型教育领导理论主要包括审美领导力理论、社会正义领导力理论、全球思维领导力理论、网络化领导力理论和为了学习的领导力理论。从理论来源、诞生背景、研究重心和主要价值四个维度对五大理论进行理性分析和比较可以发现:学术力量、教育力量和社会力量是五大理论诞生的主要驱动力量;五大理论在领导哲学上可分为"关系性"领导和"目的性"领导;五大理论对教育领导者的培养和领导行为实践的改善均具有不同程度的影响。 The metaphorical expression of"Dancing Together"leadership has a double direction and meaning.On the one hand,with the expansion of the foundation of theory researches,foreign educational leadership researches have gradually surpassed the focus only on educational leaders and turned to the cooperative leadership of"dancing together"under the influence of postmodern social constructionism.On the other hand,foreign educational leadership thoughts have also emerged as a"dancing together"of multiple educational leadership theories,forming many new educational leadership theories.More representative new education leadership theories include:aesthetic leadership theory,social justice leadership theory,globally-minded leadership theory,networked leadership theory and leadership for learning theory.After a rational analysis and comparison of the five theories through four dimensions of"theoretical source","emergence background","research focus",and"main value",conclusions can be drawn that academic power,educational power,and social power are the main driving forces for the emergence of the five theories,which can be divided into"relational"leadership and"purpose-oriented"leadership in terms of their leadership philosophy,and the five theories have varying degrees of influence on the preparation of educational leaders and the leadership practice.
