摘要
班级管理水平的高低,离不开全体学生的参与。为了更好地发挥学生在班级管理与建设中的作用,推动立德树人根本任务的落实,打造学生自主参与型班级管理模式,班主任要掌握以下要点:转变管理理念,强化服务意识;转变管理方式,优化管理效果;强化心理引导,发挥主导作用;创建自主参与型班级管理模式,发挥学生主体作用;增强自律意识,提升学生自主管理能力。
The level of class management cannot be achieved without the participation of all students.In order to better leverage the role of students in class management and construction,promote the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and create a student-centered and participatory class management model,class teachers should grasp the following key points:transforming management concepts and strengthening service awareness;transforming management methods and optimizing management effectiveness;strengthen psychological guidance and play a leading role;create an independent and participatory class management model,and give full play to the role of students as the main body;enhance self-discipline awareness and enhance students'ability to manage independently.
