摘要
在体育强国战略实施进程中,产教融合是重塑高等体育院校体育人才培养模式的重要途径。系统剖析了创新型体育人才培养的新机遇、新挑战、新实践和新路径,认为:1)产教融合为创新型体育人才培养模式迎来推进高等体育院校转型发展、推动体育人才培养理念变革、倒逼体育人才培养供给侧结构性改革、利于高校更好地服务区域经济社会发展等新机遇。2)产教融合背景下高等体育院校创新型人才培养模式面临办学理念亟待创新、师资队伍亟待加强、课程体系亟待优化、评价体系亟待全面提升等新挑战。3)产教融合背景下创新型体育人才培养模式新实践体现在赋予了传统体育人才培养模式新内涵、校企合作体育人才培养模式新实践、产教融合体育人才培养模式新尝试、产教融合体育人才培养模式新思考。4)提出以平台为牵引,创新师资队伍培养新机制;以项目为依托,探索创新型人才培养新模式;以能力为导向,构建创新型体育人才培养新理念;以质量为根本,建立校企共同参与质量保障新体系等创新型体育人才培养模式发展新路径。
In the process of implementing the strategy of building a sport power,the integration of industry and education is an important way to reshape the training mode of sports talents in colleges and universities of physical education.Taking the innovative sports talent cultivation mode under the background of industry education integration as the research object,this paper systematically analyzes the new opportunities,challenges,practices,and paths for cultivating innovative sports talents.Research suggests that:1) the integration of industry and education ushered in new opportunities for innovative sports talent training mode,such as promoting the transformation and development of higher physical education institutions,promoting the reform of sports talent training concepts,forcing the supply side structural reform of sports talent training and facilitating universities to better serve regional economic and social development.2) Under the background of the integration of sports and education,the innovative talent training mode of higher physical education institutions faces new challenges such as the urgent need for innovative educational concepts,strengthened teaching staff,optimized curriculum systems,and comprehensive evaluation systems.3) Under the background of integration of industry and education,the new practice of innovative sports talent training mode is reflected in the new connotations given to traditional sports talent training modes,new practices in school enterprise cooperation sports talent training modes,new attempt at the integration of industry and education in sports talent training modes,and new reflections on the integration of industry and education sports talent training modes.4)here we propose that:guided by platforms,innovate a new mechanism for cultivating innovative teaching staff;based on projects,explore new modes for cultivating innovative talents;oriented by ability,-build a new concept of cultivating innovative sports talents;founded by quality,establish a new path for the development of innovative sports talent training modes such as school-enterprise Joint Participation in the New Quality Assurance System.
