发动机电控单元负反馈半闭环主动控制技术

Research on Negative Feedback Semi-cosed Loop Active Control Technology of Engine Electronic Control Unit

摘要 电控单元是发动机的核心部件,其作用是校正系统的输出,使其与期望输出更加接近。负反馈半闭环是一种控制系统的形式,其作用是校正系统的输出,使其与期望输出更加接近。但是当前针对发动机电控单元的相关控制过程,以被动控制为主,严重依赖负反馈的准确性,弊端较多。提出一种针对发动机电控单元的负反馈半闭环主动控制技术。以空燃比为主动控制器输入,通过跟踪微分器、扩张观测器、线性组合三个部分来实现负反馈半闭环的主动控制,并给出了三个控制单位的详细设计思路。测试实验中:对主流的2.0L直列四缸缸内喷注式汽油发动机开展电控单元温度、空燃比、燃料节气门开度及三个控制实验活动,得出研究技术在发动机电控单元对温度的控制的与目标值相似度高,可以有效控制发动机的响应性能;负载突增和突减的情况下,空燃比与节气门开度用较短时间就能实现实际值与目标值的高度拟合,且偏差较小。实验结果表明,该项研究成果能够保证电控单元的控制精度与控制稳定性,使发动机能发挥出较好的动态性能。 The electronic control unit is the core component of the engine,whose function is to correct the output of the system and make it closer to the expected output.Negative feedback semi closed loop is a form of control system that corrects the output of the system to make it closer to the expected output.However,the current control process for engine electronic control units mainly relies on passive control,heavily relying on the accuracy of negative feedback,and has many drawbacks.This paper proposes a negative feedback semi closed-loop active control technology for engine electronic control units.With the air-fuel ratio as the input of the active controller,the active control of the negative feedback semi closed loop is realized by tracking the differentiator,expanding the observer and linear combination,and the detailed design ideas of the three control units are given.In the testing experiment,three control experiments were conducted on the mainstream 2.OL inline four-cylinder injection gasoline engine,including electronic control unit temperature,air fuel ratio,fuel throttle opening,etc.It was found that the research technology has a high similarity with the target value in the temperature control of the engine electronic control unit,which can effectively control the engines response performance.In the case of sudden increase and decrease in the load,the air fuel ratio and throttle opening can achieve a wellfit between the actual value and the target value in a relatively short time,and the deviation is small.The experimental results indicate that the research results can ensure the control accuracy and stability of the electronic control unit,enabling the engine to perform well dynamically.
