摘要
复杂程序单稳态电控系统由于输入信号、约束和联锁条件多等原因,造成设计过程中对设计者的依赖性强、干扰信号的判断与消除困难等问题。移位暂存法无需设计者进行干扰信号的判断与消除,通过合理分级,结合级数、信号元件、时序三者的关系图即可实现复杂单稳态电控系统的设计。仿真和实验结果表明:该方法设计效率高,设计的电气回路结构简单而且具有故障诊断和排除简单、直观等优点,同时可降低设计成本,提高经济性和实用性。
The complex program monostable electronic control system has many input signals,constraints and interlocking condi⁃tions,resulting in a strong dependence on the designer in the design process,and difficulty in judging and eliminating interference sig⁃nals.The shift register method does not require the designer to judge and eliminate the interference signal.Through reasonable classifi⁃cation,relationship diagram of series,signal elements and time sequence,the design of complex monostable electronic control system was realized.The simulation and experimental results show that this method has high design efficiency,the electrical circuit is simple in structure and has the advantages of uncomplicated and intuitive fault diagnosis and elimination,at the same time,the design cost is reduced and the economy and practicability can be improved.
