摘要
[目的]总结林胜友教授运用五仙生血方治疗化疗后骨髓抑制的临床经验。[方法]跟师临证学习,收集林教授应用五仙生血方治疗骨髓抑制的验案,分析林教授从脾肾两虚论治此类病证的中医机制及治疗思路,并佐以验案两则。[结果]林教授认为,化疗后气血亏虚、脾肾失调,治以五仙生血方,健脾同时温补肾阳。肾为先天之本,五仙调补阴阳、填精益髓,肾精得复;脾为后天之本,五仙益气补血、理中纳化,脾运得健。先后天皆得复原,阴阳和顺,气血协调,在健脾温肾之上改善患者的骨髓抑制,获得良好疗效。[结论]林教授运用自拟五仙生血方治疗化疗后骨髓抑制,临床效果明显,特色突出,为中医辨证治疗骨髓抑制提供了新的思路。
[Objective]To summarize Professor LIN Shengyou’s clinical experience of using Wuxian Shengxue Formula to treat myelosuppression after chemotherapy.[Methods]A comprehensive study was conducted by collecting cases that involving Professor LIN’s application of Wuxian Shengxue Formula in the treatment of myelosuppression,then it analyzed both the mechanism and treatment insights of Professor LIN treating such diseases based on the spleen-kidney deficiency,and attached two clinical cases.[Results]Professor LIN believes that,patients receiving chemotherapy are likely to generate Qi-blood deficiency as well as spleen-kidney disharmony,so when it comes to treatment,he chooses Wuxian Shengxue Formula to strengthen the spleen and warm and tonify kidney Yang.The kidney is the foundation of congenital constitution,this formula tunes Yin and Yang,supplements essence and boosts marrow,promoting the kidney revive;the spleen is the foundation of acquired constitution,the formula is used to boost Qi and supplement the blood,improve transportation and transformation,making the spleen revived.Once the spleen and kidney are restored,it would lead to Yin-Yang balance,Qi-blood coordination,which indicates that invigorating the spleen and warming the kidney has significant effect on patients with myelosuppression.[Conclusion]Professor LIN uses self-designed Wuxian Shengxue Formula to treat myelosuppression after chemotherapy,which presents obvious clinical effect,and also providing new insight for the treatment of myelosuppression in the frame of TCM syndrome differentiation.
