摘要
目的观察复方皂矾丸对辐射损伤小鼠造血功能的影响。方法用40mg/mL浓度复方皂矾丸溶液灌胃,1g/kg,3d后用60Co1次性照射,剂量为5Gy,10d后检测外周血象、骨髓粒-单系祖细胞集落形成单位CFU-GM和BFU-E、CFU-E、造血干细胞CFU-S数及3H-TDR掺入细胞DNA量。结果复方皂矾丸组WBC、RBC、PLT均明显升高,与照射组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);CFU-GM、CFU-E及BFU-E亦显著高于照射组(P<0.01);内源性CFU-S及3H-TDR掺入细胞DNA较对照组亦明显增加(P<0.01)。疗效接近泛细胞保护剂阿米福汀(P>0.05)。结论复方皂矾丸能促进辐射损伤小鼠造血功能恢复。
Objective To observe the effect of compound Zaofan Pills on the recovery of hemopoietic function in mice with radiation injury.Methods Three days after gastric infusion of compound Zaofan Pills 40 mg/mL (1 g/kg),the mice were treated with radiation of 60Co, 5 Gy per day. After 10 days of radiation, peripheral blood counting ,CFU-GM,BFU-E,CFU-E,CFU-S and the content of 3H-TDR integrated into DNA were tested.Results After treatment,compound Zaofan Pills increased the count of white blood cells, red blood cells and platelet, elevated CFU-GM,BFU-E and CFU-E and enhanced the content of 3H-TDR integrated into DNA (P < 0.01 compared with those in the control group). The effects of compound Zaofan Pills were similar to those of amifostine(P > 0.05).Conclusion Compound Zaofan Pills can promote the recovery of hemopoietic function in mice with radiation injury.
