摘要
目的:探究生髓方结合针灸四花穴在肺癌化疗后骨髓抑制患者中应用价值。方法:本次研究共计纳入103例肺癌化疗后骨髓抑制患者,均由我院2017年1月~2019年12月收治,以随机数字表法将患者分成两组,予以对照组患者(52例)常规临床治疗,予以观察组患者(51例)常规临床护理+生髓方结合针灸四花穴治疗,比较两组患者疗效、护理后骨髓抑制指标白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(PLT)、护理前后患者糖类抗原199(CA199)及癌胚抗原(CEA)、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)等肿瘤标志物水平变化、中医症状(食欲不振、头晕心悸、疲惫乏力、焦虑抑郁等)积分变化、癌性疼痛程度评分(视觉模拟疼痛评分法,VAS)变化、护理后患者生活质量情况(KSP)。结果:观察组患者疗效(86.27%)优于对照组(69.23%),P<0.05;观察组患者护理后WBC、Hb、PLT指标优于对照组,P<0.05;护理前,两组患者CA199、CEA、COX-2、食欲不振、头晕心悸、疲惫乏力、焦虑抑郁等中医症状积分、VAS评分比较,P>0.05,护理后各组患者者CA199、CEA、COX-2、食欲不振、头晕心悸、疲惫乏力、焦虑抑郁等中医症状积分、VAS评分均改善,观察组患者护理后者CA199、CEA、COX-2、食欲不振、头晕心悸、疲惫乏力、焦虑抑郁等中医症状积分、VAS评分均优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者生活质量优良率(90.20%)高于对照组(71.15%),P<0.05。结论:生髓方结合针灸四花穴对肺癌化疗后骨髓抑制患者具有积极影响,患者疗效提升,骨髓抑制情况改善,癌痛缓解,生活质量改善,恢复良好,值得应用。
Objective:To explore the application value of Shengmei Prescription combined with acupuncture and moxibustion at Sihua point in patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for lung cancer.Methods:The study in the total included 103 cases of lung cancer patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy,all by our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were in a random number table method divided the patients into two groups,the controlled group(52 cases)treated with routine clinical treatment,the observation group(51 cases)treated with routine clinical care+raw pulp combined with acupuncture and moxibustion Sihua point treatment.The therapeutic effect,leukocyte(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb),platelet(PLT),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and other tumor markers,Chinese medicine symptoms(loss of appetite,dizziness,palpitations,fatigue,anxiety and depression,etc.)score,cancer pain score(VAS),quality of life(KSP)after nursing.Results:The curative effect of the observation group(86.27%)was better than the controlled group(69.23%),P<0.05.After nursing,WBC,Hb,PLT index of the observation group was better than the controlled group,P<0.05.Before nursing,the scores of CA199,CEA,COX-2,anorexia,dizziness,palpitations,fatigue,anxiety,depression and other symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and VAS scores were compared between 2 groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of CA199,CEA,COX-2,anorexia,dizziness,palpitations,fatigue,anxiety,depression and other symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and VAS scores in all groups were improved.The observation group of patients nursing the latter CA199,CEA,COX-2,loss of appetite,dizziness,palpitations,fatigue,anxiety and depression and other traditional Chinese medicine symptoms score,VAS score were better than the controlled group,P<0.05.The rate of good quality of life in the observation group(90.20%)was higher than that in the controlled group(71.15%),P<0.05.Conclusion:Shengmu Prescription combined with acupuncture at Sihua point has a positive effect on patients with myelosuppression after chemotherapy for lung cancer.The patients’curative effect is improved,myelosuppression is improved,cancer pain is alleviated,quality of life is improved,and recovery is good.It is worthy of application.
