摘要
《素问·生气通天论》曰“劳汗当风,寒薄为皶,郁乃痤”,“郁乃痤”是痤疮的核心病机,“郁”是其共性病理特点。元朝朱丹溪在内经“五郁”理论基础上创“气郁、血郁、痰郁、火郁、湿郁、食郁”之“六郁”学说,诸郁相因,相兼相化,郁滞发病。试从“六郁”理论结合闽医萧氏皮科流派临床诊治经验探讨痤疮辨治思路。
Su Wen said“sweat when the wind,cold thin,yu is acne”,“yu is acne”is the core disease of acne,“yu”is its common pathological characteristics.On the basis of the theory of“five depression”,Zhu Danxi of the Yuan Dynasty created the“six depression”theory of“qi depression,blood depression,phlegm depression,hot depression,wet depression and food depression”,and caused the onset of stagnation.This paper tries to discuss the idea of acne treatment from the theory of“six yu”combined with the clinical experience of Xiao's dermatology school in Fujian medicine.
