竞争新格局下黑龙江省速度滑冰项目的危机与应策——基于7年之间、3项赛事的奖牌变迁统计被引量：1

摘要近年来,速度滑冰项目在国内许多省份迅速崛起,黑龙江省在该项目上的优势地位面临挑战。运用文献资料法、统计分析法和访谈法,对第十三届全国冬季运动会、2022-2023年度全国速度滑冰冠军赛和全国速度滑冰青年锦标赛(甲组)各代表队的奖牌分布情况进行分析,总结各参赛队伍的成绩变化趋势,厘析黑龙江省在速度滑冰项目上的危机。结果表明:在速度滑冰项目上,黑龙江省的绝对优势已不复存,辽宁、内蒙古、吉林等队异军突起,出现群雄争霸的新格局;黑龙江省速度滑冰队管理机制不完善,项目发展步调放缓;问题根源和潜在危机并不是短期内形成的。建议加强教练员培养,建立复合型教练员团队;加强后备人才培养,做好科研保障支撑;创新运动队管办模式,增强对外交流,以期未来重塑黑龙江省在我国速度滑冰领域中的优势地位,通过科学化改革获得长远发展。 In recent years,speed skating has rapidly risen in many provinces in China,and Heilongjiang Province's advantageous position in this project is facing challenges.This paper has analyzed the distribution of medals of various representative teams at the 13th National Winter Games,the 2022-2023 National Speed Skating Championships,and the National Speed Skating Youth Championships(Group A) by using the method of literature review,statistical analysis and interview,summarized the trend of performance changes of each participating team,and identified the crisis in speed skating project in Heilongjiang Province.The results show that:in the speed skating program,the absolute advantage of Heilongjiang Province no longer exists,Liaoning,Inner Mongolia,Jilin and other teams have risen to prominence,and there is a new pattern of competition;The management mechanism of the speed skating team in Heilongjiang Province is imperfect,and the development of the program has slowed down;the root causes of the problem and the potential crisis are not formed in a short period of time.Aiming to these problems,it is suggested to strengthen the training of coaches and establish a composite coaching team;to strengthen the training of reserve talents and do a good job in scientific research to ensure support;to innovate the mode of management and operation of the sports team and to enhance the external exchanges,so as to reshape the dominant position of Heilongjiang Province in the field of speed skating in China in the future,and to obtain long-term development through scientific reform.
