摘要
在新时代应用型高校育人背景下,以胜任力衡量思政辅导员教师的职业发展水平,能够全面、深入地掌握教师的育人状态,为实现高校立德树人的教育目标提供参考保障。从新时代高校思政辅导员的责任与担当,以及其胜任力面临的困境出发,分析应用型高校思政辅导员胜任力的构成因素,提出了新时代应用型高校思政辅导员胜任力的提升途径。
In the context of application-oriented higher education in the new era,measuring the ideological and political counselors’professional development level based on competence can help to comprehensively and deeply grasp the teacher’s educational status,which is supposed to provide reference guarantee for achieving the educational goal of cultivating morality and talents in universities.Starting from the perspectives of ideological and political counselors’responsibilities in universities in the new era,as well as the challenges faced by them,the article analyzes the constituent factors of the competence of ideological and political counselors ideological and political counselors’and proposes ways to enhance their competence in the new era.
