摘要
在智慧图书馆转型过程中,智慧馆员是智慧图书馆建设成败的关键要素,科学界定智慧馆员的胜任力特征具有很重要的理论和实践意义。在借鉴胜任力理论的基础上,结合图书馆员胜任力和智慧馆员能力的相关研究成果,从智慧知识储备、智慧行为能力、智慧职业素养和智慧个性特质四个维度分析出智慧馆员胜任力的特征要素,构建智慧馆员胜任力模型。提出智慧馆员胜任力提升途径,可以为图书馆选拔和培养出优秀的智慧馆员,将为智慧图书馆的成功转型提供更为坚实的人力资源保证。
In the smart library change environment, smart librarians is a key element of the success of smart library construction. it is of great theoretical and practical significance to define the competency characteristics of smart librarians scientifically. Based on the competency theory and combined with the relevant research results of librarian capability and characteristics, it constructs the competency characteristics of smart librarians from four dimensions of smart knowledge reserve, smart professional ability, smart professional quality and smart personality traits, building competency model of smart librarian. It will promote library establish targeted application ways of smart librarian. It can select and train excellent smart librarians for libraries, and provide more solid human resources guarantee for the successful transformation of smart libraries.
