摘要
保障粮食安全是实现经济发展、社会稳定、国家安全的重要基础。百年来,中国共产党科学运用辩证思维方法,在处理粮食安全问题中牢牢把握了战略与策略、产量与产能、数量与质量、政府与市场、国际与国内的辩证关系,推动粮食安全发生历史性变革、取得历史性成就,展现出非凡价值。新时代新征程上,应对粮食安全外部风险挑战和内部短板制约,须进一步提高辩证思维能力,在“两点论”与“重点论”的辩证统一中夯实粮食安全根基。
Ensuring food security is an important basis for economic development,social stability and national security.Over the past century,the Communist Party of China has scientifically applied dialectical thinking,firmly grasping the dialectical relationship between strategy and tactics,output and production capacity,quantity and quality,government and market,as well as international and domestic aspects in dealing with food security issues.This approach has led to significant changes in food security,resulted in notable achievements,and demonstrated remarkable value.On the new journey of the new era,to cope with external risks and challenges of food security and the constraints of internal shortcomings,it is necessary to enhance the capacity for dialectical thinking,and to consolidate the foundation of food security in the dialectical unity of the“two-point theory”and the“key point theory”.
