摘要
发展理念不仅决定着世界现代化浪潮的兴衰成败,而且影响着中国式现代化的发展方向、节奏与速度。理解中国式现代化的历史与价值,必须根植发展理念维度进行细致探索。中国式现代化是中国共产党立足中国发展实际与基本国情,充分汲取党的百年革命、建设与改革各阶段的历史经验,探索从落后到赶超,再到引领,对外不殖民、对内不剥削、和平发展的复兴之路。贯彻新发展理念是新时代社会主义现代化建设发展壮大的必由之路。探求不同历史阶段现代化建设过程中对发展理念维度的丰富发展,梳理中国式现代化的历史与价值,将赋予中国式现代化更加深邃的系统观念,彰显人类文明新成果的中国内涵、中国气派与中国智慧。
The concept of development not only fundamentally determines the ups and downs of the world moderniza⁃tion wave, but also profoundly affects the development direction, rhythm and speed of Chinese path to modern⁃ization. To understand the history and value of Chinese path to modernization, we must carry out careful explo⁃ration based on the dimension of development concept. Chinese path to modernization is a new approach for theCPC to rejuvenate China from a backward country to a leading power in the world, without colonization abroadand exploitation at home, but insisting on a peaceful development. As the guiding principle of Chinese path tomodernization, implementing the new development concept is the only way for the development and growth ofsocialist modernization in the new era. Based on the Party's centennial exploration, to search after the rich ex⁃perience of the development concept dimension in the process of modernization in different historical stages,and to sort out the history and value of Chinese modernization will endow Chinese path to modernization with adeeper systematic concept, and effectively demonstrate the Chinese connotation, Chinese style and Chinesewisdom of the new achievements of human civilization.
