摘要
在乡村振兴战略与农业强国建设背景下,高校农业类社会实践活动日益活跃,但成果往往面临“产出即沉没”的困境,缺乏系统沉淀、转化与应用机制。同时,基层农业经验传播渠道碎片化,制约知识共享与推广。本文聚焦高校学生、农村农户、实践单位及涉农组织等多主体协同,针对成果转化效率低下、产学研转化瓶颈及资源整合困境等问题,创新构建“一核三环四主体”模式,以“高校学生农业类社会实践成果产出与孵化”为核心,依托数字销售平台、农业发展案例库及数字媒体矩阵三环,实现农产品产销对接、知识流动与生态共生。该模式强调数智赋能与多方互动,形成可持续发展闭环,促进高校由知识输出向乡村产业升级转化,有效破解城乡资源不对称,激发农业新质生产力,推动乡村振兴内生动力重构,具有理论创新意义与实践指导价值。
Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy and the construction of a strong agricultural nation,university agricultural social practice activities have become increasingly active.However,the outcomes often face the dilemma of"sunk upon production,"lacking mechanisms for systematic accumulation,transformation,and application.Meanwhile,the fragmented dissemination channels for grassroots agricultural experiences hinder knowledge sharing and promotion.This paper focuses on the multi-subject collaboration involving university students,rural farmers,practice units,and agriculture-related organizations.Addressing issues such as low efficiency in outcome transformation,bottlenecks in industry-university-research integration,and resource integration challenges,it innovatively constructs a"one core,three rings,four subjects"model.Centered on the"production and incubation of university students'agricultural social practice outcomes,"this model relies on three rings—digital sales platforms,agricultural development case libraries,and digital media matrices—to achieve docking of agricultural product production and sales,knowledge flow,and ecological symbiosis.The model emphasizes digital intelligence empowerment and multi-party interaction,forming a closed loop for sustainable development that promotes the transformation of university knowledge output into rural industrial upgrading.It can effectively resolve urban-rural resource asymmetries,stimulate new quality productive forces in agriculture,and drive the reconstruction of endogenous momentum for rural revitalization,offering theoretical innovation and practical guidance value.
