摘要
习近平总书记重要训词精神为公安机关社会治理工作提供了根本价值遵循。习近平总书记重要训词精神从党的领导、人民期待、执法文化以及队伍建设等方面为公安机关社会治理工作创新提供理论指导。通过理论联系实际开创公安机关社会治理工作新局面,通过客观认知科技发展环境助力社会治理方法升级,通过制度保障实现资源合理分配,全面构建现代社会治理体系,打造多元公安机关社会治理工作新格局。
The spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important precepts provides fundamental value for public security social governance.Public security social governance is related to the important results of social governance.Under the requirements of the modernization of national governance,public security social governance needs to combine the current situation of work and clarify the leading value of the spirit of the precept to the innovation of public security social governance,so as to constantly innovate and develop to improve the level of governance and governance efficiency.The spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important precepts can provide clear theoretical support for the innovation of public security social governance from the aspects of Party leadership,people’s expectations,law enforcement culture and team building,so as to promote public security social governance to cre⁃ate a new situation from ideology,environment,system to governance system.That is,to create a new situation of public security social governance through theory and practice,help upgrade social governance methods through objective cognition of the development environment of science and technology,realize the rational allocation of resources through institutional guarantee,comprehensively build a modern public security social governance system,and create a new pattern of diversified public security social governance.
