摘要
习近平关于弘扬科学家精神的重要论述,是基于对当今国际战略竞争博弈的深刻洞察、我国科技创新发展态势的精准把握、人才事业发展规律的科学总结,具有鲜明的时代背景。习近平关于弘扬科学家精神的重要论述,从政治方向、科技创新、学术风气、品德风范、协同合作、人才培养等六个维度,深刻阐述了科学家精神的丰富内涵,具有深厚的科技为民情怀、强烈的科研问题导向、辩证的科技创新思维、包容的科技创新格局和厚重的创新文化底蕴等鲜明特征。践行习近平关于弘扬科学家精神的重要论述,主要是聚焦大学生群体,围绕树牢科技报国的理想信念、激发崇尚科学的内在动力、培养勇攀高峰的创新精神、涵养严谨治学的良好风气等方面,助其成才报国。
Xi Jinping’s important discourse on promoting the spirit of scientists is based on a deep insight into today’s fierce international strategic game,a precise grasp of the development trend of China’s scientific and technological innovation,and a scientific summary of the law of talent development,with a distinct historical background.The core essence of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on promoting the spirit of scientists is reflected in six dimensions:political direction,scientific and technological innovation,academic atmosphere,moral character,collaborative cooperation,and talent cultivation.It deeply elaborates on the rich connotation of the spirit of scientists,with a deep sense of science and technology for the people,a strong scientific research problem orientation,and dialectical scientific and technological innovation thinking,distinct features such as an inclusive technological innovation pattern and a rich cultural heritage of innovation.To practice Xi Jinping’s Important Discourse on Promoting the Spirit of Scientists,on the basis of comprehensively implementing the documents of the Office of the People’s Republic of China and the Office of the People’s Republic of China,we should focus on the group of college students,firmly establish their ideals and beliefs of serving the country through science and technology,stimulate their internal motivation to worship scientists,cultivate their innovative spirit of climbing the heights,and cultivate their good atmosphere of rigorous research.
