摘要
                
                    由于智能制造技术在我国运行时间较短,很多方面不够完善,导致其在日常生产过程中很容易滋生更多新的问题,这对光伏产品制造的提质增效十分不利。基于此,将光伏电池为主要研究对象,以转型升级、提质增效为目的,通过合理利用数字化和自动化技术,从不同方面来分析光伏电池智能制造车间建设过程中所需的关键技术,如车间全流程管控系统、车间物流自动化、光伏装备智能化升级等,将这些先进的技术应用到光伏电池制造中,形成全新的光伏电池智能解决措施,在保证电池生产效率的同时,合理管控生产成本,切实提高行业核心竞争力。
                
                Due to the relatively short operation time of intelligent manufacturing technology in China,many aspects are not perfect,resulting in its daily production process is easy to breed more new problems,which is very unfavourable to the quality and efficiency of photovoltaic product manufacturing.Based on this,the photovoltaic cell as the main research object,in order to transformation and upgrading,quality and efficiency for the purpose,through the reasonable use of digital and automation technology,from dfferent aspects to analyse the key technologies required in the construction process of photovoltaic cell intelligent manufacturing workshop,such as the workshop full-process management and control system,automation of workshop logistics,photovoltaic equipment intelligent upgrading,etc.,the application of these advanced technologies to the manufacture of photovoltaic cells,the formation of a The new PV cell intelligent solution measures,in order to ensure the battery production efficiency at the same time,reasonable control of production costs,and effectively improve the core competitiveness of the industry.
