摘要
在分析智能制造对机械类专业人才能力新要求的基础上,探讨了复合型人才培养过程中的实践教学问题。着重分析了当前大学生工程能力欠缺的原因,以及通过整合离散实践教学资源帮助学生提高工程能力的可行性。重点探讨了机械类专业学生的机械、电气、气动和控制综合装调技能的培养问题,最后介绍了安徽工程大学教学改革的实践成果—自主研制的滚动轴承自动装配作业机器人工作站,以供参考。
Based on the analysis of the new requirements of intelligent manufacturing for mechanical talents,this paper probes into the practical teaching problems in the process of cultivating compound talents.This paper focuses on the analysis of the causes of the lack of engineering ability of college students,and the feasibility of integrating discrete practical teaching resources to help students improve their engineering ability.This paper focuses on the cultivation of the mechanical,electrical,pneumatic and control integrated assembling and adjusting skills of the mechanical majors,finally,the practice achievement of teaching reform in Anhui Polytechnic University is introduced as a self-developed robot workstation for automatic assembly of rolling bearings for reference.
