摘要
为解决数字化车间配送过程不透明、监控手段单一、实时性差、智能化管控难等问题,在分析复杂产品装配车间物流监控需求的基础上,提出一种数字孪生驱动的车间物流配送实时监控方法。构建数字孪生体系框架和运行模式,并对支持该系统实现的车间虚拟建模技术、车间物流实时状态信息处理等关键技术进行了研究。设计并开发了服务系统,实验验证结果表明:采用该监控系统显著提高了车间物流的透明度、实时性、交互性,所提方法可行。
In order to solve the problems of opaque distribution process,single monitoring means,poor real-time,and difficulty in intelligent control of digital workshop distribution,on the basis of analyzing the logistics monitoring needs of complex product assem⁃bly workshops,a real-time monitoring method of workshop logistics distribution driven by digital twins was present.The framework and operation mode of the digital twin system were constructed,and the key technologies such as the virtual modeling technology of the workshop and the real-time status information processing of the workshop logistics that supported the implementation of the system were studied.The service system was designed and developed.The experimental results show that the monitoring system improves the trans⁃parency,real-time and interactivity of workshop logistics significantly,so the proposed method is feasible.
