摘要
推动大学生到基层就业,是健全乡村振兴战略人才支撑的重要举措,也是缓解当前大学生就业难问题的新思路。本研究通过对某所西部高校在校大学生到基层就业意愿的调研,运用二元逻辑回归模型分析发现:学生干部经历、家长对大学生到基层就业的支持、高校对大学生到基层就业的引导以及大学生对乡村振兴战略的了解度对大学生到基层就业意愿会产生显著影响。推动高校大学生服务乡村振兴的政策配套逐步到位、基层就业呈现的良好发展前景、高校对大学生就业价值观的充分引导、家庭对基层就业的充分支持会更好促进高校大学生到基层就业。
To promote the employment of college students at the grass-roots level is an important measure to improve the support of rural revitalization strategy,and also a new idea to alleviate the current employment problems of college students.The results show that,the experience of student cadres,the support of parents to the grass-roots employment,the employment guidance of college students and the understanding of rural revitalization strategy will have a significant impact on college students'willingness to work at the grass-roots level.The policies to promote college students to serve the rural revitalization are gradually in place,the good prospects of employment at the grassroots level,the full guidance of college students to employment values,and the full support of families to employment at the grass-roots level will better promote college students to employment at the grass-roots level.
