摘要
通过自编问卷《乡村振兴战略背景下大学生乡村就业意愿调查》,从影响大学生乡村就业的变量设置分析,对陕西某所省属高校1100名大学生实施调查,研究影响大学生到乡村就业的因素。结果显示个人主观意愿、家庭对待大学生就业选择的意见、薪资水平、个人职业发展前景、就业单位性质是影响大学生选择是否到乡村就业的主要因素。基于调查结论提出从政府、高校、家庭和学生四个层面构建“四位一体”推动大学生到乡村就业的对策建议。
This paper is based on a survey of 1,100 students from a provincial university in Shaanxi with a self-prepared questionnaire titled“College Students Willingness to Work in Rural Areas in the Context of Rural Revitalization”.After analyzing how college students willingness to work in rural areas is influenced by the variables such as personal intentions,opinion of the family,pay level,career prospects,and the nature of the employment unit,this paper offers some suggestions on how to promote college students rural employment with a“four-in-one”initiative that involves efforts from the government,the university,the family and the individual.
