摘要
新时代,党和国家事业发展迫切需要培养大批德才兼备的高层次人才,因而对研究生教育、研究生资助工作的广度和深度提出了新的要求。研究生资助工作蕴含了公平、效率与服务国家发展战略的重要价值。当前研究生资助工作存在资助育人体系和资助管理机制有待完善、资助育人效果有待提高等现实问题。为使我国研究生资助工作适应时代发展,应采取以下对策:加强顶层设计,让资助成为学生成长成才的助推器;完善资助管理机制,让资助成为学生成长成才的助跑器;以需求为导向,让资助成为学生成长成才的助力器。
In the new era,the development of the party and the state urgently demands a large number of high-level talents with both ability and political integrity,which puts forward new requirements for the breadth and depth of graduate education and graduate aid.Graduate funding contains important values of fairness,efficiency and service for the national development strategy.At present,there are some problems in graduate funding,such as the funding education system and funding management mechanism need to be improved,and the effect of funding education needs to be improved.The following countermeasures should be taken to adjust China’s graduate funding to the development of the times:strengthen the top-level design and make the support become a booster for students to grow and become talents;improve the subsidy management mechanism and make the support become a running aid for students to grow and become talents;insist on demand oriented,making support become a booster for students to grow and become talents.
