十四个甘蔗与斑茅属间远缘杂交BC_(3)F_(1)品系生理特性研究

Study on the Physiological Characteristics of 14 Intergeneric Hybrids of BC_(3)F_(1)Lines of Saccharum officinarum×Erianthus arundinaceus

摘要 斑茅是甘蔗近缘属(蔗茅属)的野生种,抗逆性强,利用斑茅与甘蔗进行属间远缘杂交,导入斑茅优良抗性基因,可拓宽遗传基础,获得优异抗逆种质或亲本,加速甘蔗品种改良。对华南农业大学甘蔗研究室培育鉴定的14个甘蔗斑茅属间杂交后代BC_(3)F_(1)品系进行一年新植、一年宿根田间生理特性评估。结果表明,14个参试品系及对照(CK,柳城05-136)的新植及宿根苗期、分蘖期、拔节期、伸长期的叶片SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量主要呈现上升趋势,叶片MDA含量呈现下降趋势;总体而言,HE15-30、HE15-71、HE15-77、HE15-61和HE15-63等5个品系在上述4个生育时期的叶片SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量高于CK,MDA含量低于CK,表明这5个品系具有较强的抗逆生理特性。 Erianthus arundinaceus is a wild species of the Saccharum-related genus(E.Michaux.sect.Ripidium Henrard)with high stress resistance.Using distant hybridization between E.arundinaceus and Saccharum,introducing excellent resistance genes of E.arundinaceus can broaden the genetic basis,obtain very good resistant germplasms or parents,and accelerate the improvement of sugarcane varieties.In this study,14 BC_(3)F_(1) lines of intergeneric hybrids between S.officinarum and E.arundinaceus,bred and identified in our laboratory,were evaluated for one year of new planting and one year of ratoon in the field.The results showed that the activities of SOD,POD,and CAT,and the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in the leaves of the 14 tested lines and the control(Liucheng 05-136)at the seedling stage,tillering stage,jointing stage and elongation stage of new planting and ratoon mainly showed an upward trend.However,the content of MDA in the leaves showed a downward trend.Overall,the activities of SOD,POD,and CAT,and the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in the leaves of the five lines HE15-30,HE15-71,HE15-77,HE15-61,and HE15-63 were higher than those in the CK,and the content of MDA in the leaves was lower than that in the CK.These results indicated that the five lines had high physiological characteristics of stress resistance.
