摘要
2023年,“预制菜”被首次写入中央一号文件,预制菜行业由预热期开始进入高速发展期。为此,全国各省纷纷出台各种优惠政策力推预制菜产业发展,共创食品行业新篇章。本文解读预制菜行业现状的同时,重点分析贵州省预制菜产业发展现状,解析贵州省区域资源优势和不足,提出针对性的建议与思路,展望未来发展前景,为贵州省预制菜产业的深入持续发展提供参考。
In 2023,prefabricated food has written into the No.1 central document for the first time,and the prefabricated food industry gradually changed from preheating period to rapid development period.Therefore,various provinces across the country had introduced various preferential policies to promote the development of the prefabricated food industry,creating a new chapter in the food industry.This article not only explained the current situation of the prefabricated food industry in whole country,but also focused on analyzing the development status of the prefabricated food industry in Guizhou province.It analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of regional resources in Guizhou province,proposed targeted suggestions and ideas,and look forward to future development prospects,and will also provide reference for the in-depth and sustainable development of the prefabricated food industry in Guizhou province.
